Shipping & Sizing Info

Australian Shipping:  Once payment has been received by us, you should receive an email within 10 working days notifying you that your purchase has been shipped via Australia Post, unless you have ordered a product that is not normally kept in stock.  These products are identified in the description next to the product.  For these products you need to allow 7 working days before a confirmation email is sent.  This email will include a tracking number for you to be able to track your parcel via Australia Post. 
Your item(s) should arrive within 1 – 10 working days after you receive our email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received your parcel within this time frame, please contact Australia Post directly and quote your tracking number.

International Customers:  All International items are shipped by either Toll Global Express or Australia Post. Please read our section above on ‘GST & Taxes’ prior to completing your order, as it is important that you are aware that you are responsible for all duties and taxes in your resident country. Once payment has been received by us, you should receive an email within 5 working days notifying you that your purchase has been shipped .  For these products you need to allow 7 working days before a confirmation email is sent. Your email includes a tracking number for you to be able to track your parcel online via: www.tnt.com.  Once you receive your tracking number and confirmation email, your item(s) should arrive within 3 weeks.

As a rough size guide only: based on Australian Ladies sizes, you would generally select one size down from your natural shoe size, or a half size down if you are on a half size. (e.g. For an Australian Ladies size 8, it would generally equate to a Blue Sheep 7 (U7) in our sizing. For an Australian Ladies size 8.5 it would generally equate to a Blue Sheep 7 (U8) in our sizing.  Ladies UK Sizing: For UK ladies sizes you would generally select one size up for Blue Sheep fitting. (e.g. For an UK ladies 8, it would generally equate to a Blue Sheep 9 (U9).
Australian Mens Sizing: For Australian Men you would generally select one size up for Blue Sheep fitting. (e.g. For an Mens 8, it would generally equate to a Blue Sheep 9 (U9).
