Online Return and Exchange Policy
Slatters Online Website is confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you are able to return your purchase within 30 days of the order date. Postal charges for all returns are at your own cost.
How to Return an Online Order:
Send an email with the Subject Box marked RETURNS to:
sales@slatters.com.au
Detail in your email the date of purchase.
The nature of your complaint and where possible
images of any issues you have with the product.
Ensure you supply us with your full contact details then wait for our reply.
If instructed to return the product please proceed with the following:
Make sure your shoes are in original, unworn condition.
Any returns must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging, with no damage.
Place your shoes in the shoe box and place it into a Australia post satchel, we highly recommend using a trackable postage service. Slatters Shoes will not take responsibility for returned items not received by us if registered post is not used.

Upon arrival of your return at head office, one of our customer service representatives will be in contact to process your return. Please allow up to 14 days for exchanges or refunds to be processed. Only return your purchases when instructed to do so by Slatters.
A few notes on returns:
• The customer is responsible for all associated costs to return items to us.
• For exchange, Slatters Online Website will not charge for a replacement delivery.
• Refunds will automatically be processed back onto the credit card used to make the original purchase, or if originally paid with PayPal, your refund will be processed back to your PayPal account.
Domestic Deliveries & Shipping
Slatters Online Website will strive to process all orders within one day of the order being placed, however in busy periods this time frame may be delayed.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $149.95.
Orders will be dispatched using Australia Post Trackable Services.
Slatters Online Website is not liable for any damage caused to, or loss of, goods during transit. Slatters are not liable for any items that are recorded as delivered but not received by the purchasing party.
Payment
Slatters Online Website accepts payment via utilising the Paypal System as it is a secure system.
However if you prefer to pay by Credit Card please call us (during office hours) on (08) 8345 4000.
Alternatively you can email your order and delivery and contact details and we will contact you directly to process payment.
Slatters Online Website will charge your credit card in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All prices displayed are inclusive of GST.
The prices do not include any additional overseas duties or other customs charges that may be applicable for overseas delivery.
